Okay, what if I just re-write real news articles? That's allowed, right? Also, how does adsense determine if something is fake news or not...

you can go to www.dvrsindia.in fill the form and you will get a call.... hosting + domain + email + bulk sms@ just Rs.500 per month....

It's Google, bastards know evrything.
As for your question about how many visitors can GoDaddy hosting handle, with WP on it, I would say anything less than 500 per day. That's 15k a month. You could squeeze more out of it but you must optimize it, minimize scripts, and for the love of God don't host pictures/media files on it. Put them on Imgur and then hotlink them into your posts.
