resellerzoom, had a budget one reseller plan with them for 5 months now, no problems to date, I mainly got that spare account for 4 websites with very low traffic I wanted to spare from my main accounts, one of these sites have SSL installed, they were very fast and professional install it for me with no problems, the same site has its unique IP as well, which they have some strict and dump rules applied when you'd like to have a unique IP for one of your sites, but they issued me one anyway
Overall, I'd rate them with 8.5/10 till now, give them a try if you like, hope this helps

Reseller accounts are pretty old school. You can pick up a VPS with cpanel for the price of most reseller accounts and you have more control.

Why waste your time?!
Just buy a dedicated server and turn it into a share host & vps
You'll have everything in control & wont have to bother with the host-provider pain in the ass!
