Cheapest App Installs for Android App

Hi,

I am looking for the cheapest app install advertising network. I am currently using Facebook Ads, but I would like to try something cheaper. I see people claiming they can get >$0.15 per app install from Tier 1 countries using Google Ads and I can only imagine how cheap it will be to get installs from Tier 3 countries. Is this even possible?

Run tests if you can afford it, not many people who know the secret and it's working would like to saturate the idea

Try Picoworkers where you get remote workers on a per task basis, for reasonably cheaper prices and is possible to run an app install project there.
