I paid him 80$ for 50 vcc.As we agreed , the 50 card cost 0.7$/each , while the rest 45$ will be add as a deposit , which share between the 50 card.I have clearly claim i will only need one card to test if its work on discord promotion or not , he agreed.After payment , he told me to wait 1-3 hour, but the time i receive first test card is been 24 hour.Worst part is the card is also no working + deposit balance is incorrect so i request a refund , but he refused.Meanwhile on his BHW sell thread post comment , you can also see there are tons of bad reviews

I have offer him that i will provide the nitro promotion code to him to try by his own + sent a screenshot to him.Nothing work so open up a deal dispute is what i can do

Information For The Accused
@edwardbrown44, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter

Black Hat World staff members will not contact you outside of BHW at any point regarding your dispute. BHW staff members do not use Telegram, Skype, Discord, Whatsapp, etc under any circumstances. If someone contacts you on any of these third-party platforms claiming to be a staff member, block them immediately.

What the buyer said is a lie, he paid for cards to be used on discord and extra $45 to be used as a top up to be shard $15 on each card he want to use. i delivered the order as he requested and he used the card on discord and the card registered the transaction. I will upload the screenshot of the transaction on the card. After using the card, he started making trouble and telling me to refund him back the money after using the card

This is the transaction from the card i delivered to him, you can see the transaction debit on the card but he keep denying

To show you that the buyer has received his order and used the card successfully but choose to get the money paid back, he used another Telegram account and chatted me, that i should send him $50 so that he will close the case, i screenshot the chat and when i called him a scammer, he immediately deleted our chat and blocked me.
I can upload the chat screenshots if the admin say so.

The accused has been permanently banned from BlackHat World for failing to resolve a separate ongoing dispute.

The dispute thread will remain live and is now open to commentary as rule 4 is no longer enforced in this thread.
