Cheap WordPress Plugin Coder

I'm looking for a website that I could use to find a really cheap WordPress plugin coder. I've heard people talk about freelancer, but I know there have to be some others out there.

I have an idea for a plugin that I think would be pretty darn amazing, I just need to get it coded.
