Basic hosting euro 1.99 and they have 3 months free hosting. They are from Germany (Bayern - Munich - Giga-hosting.biz Gbr) and I am using their hosting for last 2 weeks. Pretty good I think.

I started with their 3 months trial and after trial completes, I will continue with them.
Use coupon TRYHOSTING and in the plan selection page, select Quarterly.

Edit: You dont need to pay anything for the first 3 months..:D

000webhost is actually better than cheap its free... Go to http://www.000webhost.com and host any type of site to your hearts content.
 
You have misunderstood.
20 domain is addons domain.
Its not free you 20 domain.
 
Ah ok you mean that paket includes no domain? and I can use up to 20 domains on one account?

mhh now that is crap... Then I think I pic a webhosting paket on hostgator

I wouldn't recommend any host that offers 1 dollar hosting as you will find that most of the IP are going to be black listed.

You will find on avg regular shared hosting will range form 4 to about 9 bucks a month depending on what options that you pick.
