hey normally I dont post things like this but I just signed up for a vps and they had me up and going fast, great tech support and the works. cheap. anyway

might be a good way to get an idea of how a VPS works but i certainly wouldnt base a hosting business or any big sites on a server with 128mb ram....

I don't know.. 9.99 is really cheap but their website says

"Our website is still not 100% complete, so please understand any link errors you my come across will be corrected within the next few days. "

really? You own a business and have to put that on your site? One of you affiliate people should give them a holla, fix their ulgy site, maybe they can get some more clients then. shoot barter with them, site for server for 2 years.

If you do some simple maths any decent web hosting business will not be able to make much of a profit giving away this kind of VPS for such price. There is no info about them, there is no phone number, half their links don't work, where are they based even?

I guess for $9.99 you can have them as a throw away server for a quick black hat campaign but i would not host any serious sites with them.

Yeah I think it would be too unreliable at that price. I have bought the "cheap" servers in the past and I ended up getting screwed by lots of downtime... you certainly get what you pay for.

128mb just isn't enough especially if you have multiple large databases. I would just go with reseller hosting if I wanted to put up some quick throwaway sites.

hey man that cheap vps is still going. no down time and yes i dont care its a blackhat throw away server. If i had real sites to run I would probably use a known server host. But for 30 bucks a month I cant beat what i got.

A VPS for $9.99. That's cheap.

But you need to pay $10 more for the cpanel.
