You will find test resources on their VPS hosting web page to check latency such as IP address to ping, 10 MB File to download, or 100 MB File to download.

RAM guaranteed: 128 MB DDR 3
might be true if i read this

Well, I took a VPS from them (OVZ2), but I didn't put my website there yet. It seems that they have 1 Gbps on the nodes. They don't limit the VPSs, offering shared 1 Gbps to them all. Anyway, I have succeeded to have 12 MB/s (96 Mbps) speed download from Bangladesh (I also have a dedicated server there). Still waiting to test it from India. The thing is that I'm not from India, but my website visitors are from there, so I need for someone to test it from there to see download/upload. If is someone willing to help me to test the VPS from India, please send a pm, I will give you the login details.
Later edit: In the attachment there is ping to the VPS IP from multiple location using some website tool.

How much you paid for it?

I didn't use latency and I didn't find good reviews about them too. Try offshore seo vps. Hope you'll get good service under your requirements.

there are a lot of hostings that you could buy from 6$ wich means actually 4.5 eur , so search the google better and you will find it 100%

do you know any vps at 5 euro/month?
Check in offer section of this forum, and also check leasedlayer and spicyhost, they are giving more then 50% off..also check someother providers, compare hardware setup and prices, and select better plan as per your requirement.
