Thank you for your reply deans. i have checked the site and yes they can forward the calls to skype but they are charging two times.
1st for the toll free minutes and 2nd for the call forwarding to skype so that is too much.
i want a provider who can forward calls to any voip provider or suggested soft phone withour any charge. if i am willing to pay for the toll free plan then why i will pay for the forwarding calls?

a cheap service I found was 800.com pay as you go 5.9 cents a minute but no charges if you dont get any calls
