Don't buy any traffic. They send nothing to your website. If you wanna take chance do put google analytic to your website and force your service provider to get paid only if he can manage to send the committed nos. of visitors. He will not get paid if he fails.

Just go with yahoo answers for your traffic, I hope it will help for you, And also i suggest you to not to buy any traffic, because you will get some instant traffic, but there is no use of it,

Traffic should be organic, That's very important to your website. .
