I have found a good offer but now its not profitable anymore. Can you advise cheap uk traffic source like 2usd/1k ?

Yahoo answers and youtube comments. Its free and you can get easy targeted traffic.

for desktop or mobile?
I am using a mobile adnetwork for less than $2/1k for UK traffic, quality is fine.

I think Adfly used to provide that kind of cheap targeted traffic, but it never worked for me
I had tested it like couple of months ago

Try to use targeted free traffic. Build untargeted traffic is just waste your time.
