Basically traffic for tier 1 countries, it isn't important where that traffic is coming from, it just has to be real.

There is a guy selling a ccheap traffic guide in the Misc section.
Talk to him and see if it fits your needs (he has sold quite a few and there are plenty of reviews in his BST).

No such thing as cheap traffic cheap traffic doesn't convert all bullshit.

If you just want traffic no conversions then use a traffic application that seems to work to spook traffic.

Try the misc in here such application.
 
Do start paid advertising methods on the different social platforms.
 
AdWords Fb ads and BIng ads are the only tier 1 traffic sources I can think of
 
The cheapest method I can think of is creating doorway pages. If you have some budget, then it's better to drive traffic through Facebook ads. Adwords is also good but Bing ads is shit. You should also take care of bot traffic while doing paid ads. There are not many pop-up ads providers that can drive legit traffic.

You can use social media platform like groups in Facebook and tweets
 
What are you trying to achieve? Real people can also come from Pop-Ads or redirected traffic, but it's only useful for certain use-cases.

Try Guest Post network try to post on different different high quality site its my not cheaper but i sure you will get real organic traffic

depends on the traffic you want. Taboola is the most expensive (outside of bing/google) but it gets results. The others are very cheap and I don;t want to say they don't deliver results, its just that you get what you pay for. With taboola, you can target your audience and set your cost per click and cost per day. The have quality big advertisers on there. If you are going with adult, Juicy is good but if you have a mainstreem site, it may be hard to convert. My two cents.

Traffic from social media handles are relatively cheaper compared to Adwords
Maybe try that route.
