So recently I found some website selling MS Win/Office licenses for a greatly reduced price. g2a g2deal; kinguin and more... In ebay it gets even cheaper. They claim their software is 2nd hand or no longer needed, but also a lot of people seem to got issues with these websites. Any recommendations?

Do we have any legitimate supplier around BHW?
Anyone familiar with the legality of doing this in Europe?
I have local clients to whom I sell SEO/web design/social media services, and I'm wondering if I can sell them some extra licenses.

There are suppliers around BHW. IMHO none of the suppliers of this stuff for dirt cheap are what I'd call "legit". I would certainly not try to resell these to local clients.

Agree as well. Look in the marketplace and you'll find office 365 licenses they are cheap enough to be well worth buying.
Cheap license keys that you see elsewhere are normally volume license keys and after a while they will stop working then when you go to get your money back, you'll find the supplier has disappeared.
Also, seeing as they are illegal, you might as well go and download cracked copies rather than paying for what are essentially nothing more than cracked copies.

There is an actual decision of the European Court from 2012 that sates that 2nd hand software sales are fine, and the software manufacturer can have no claims on revenue after the initial sale. This sounds great in theory, but one can never be sure where the license came from.

If any supplier is willing to feed me some info, you'd be sure to be the first on my list if I get to do this:)

Bought win10 on eBay, never had a problem yet.
But I wouldn't sell those copies to my clients.

Usually they sell windows oem licenses which are linked to the motherboard you are installing them and if you want to change it you will have to buy a new one. Most of these sellers are obtaining the licenses illegaly therefore it is not recommended to resell, but there shouldn't be a lot problems if you want to use them for private use. I tried some and they are still workign fine, I could even find people selling bulks at less than $1
