Cheap socks5 allow reading email via POP3, IMAP?

VIP72 is dead, I am looking for alternative.
911 is fine except it doesn't allow email protocol, even though just reading, not sending.

I need to create many accounts, and they need to verify email, so reading email via POP3 IMAP is very important.
Any recommendation?

anything to do with account making usually involves 4g proxies not socks.

I will use same email to create many website's account, so I need to use same ip 2 hours or more
Any recommendation?

Many 4G mobile proxies have SOCKS support - the advantage, these IPs are much more reliable and dedicated, giving off real device signatures. You could try these if they match your use case.
