Hello there, i am an few hours old in BHW, and hey im making my first thread.
To start, my problem is my Unverified Paypal Account

Before anything else,
i wanted you to know that

i have this NEGAT1VE BALANCe ( its a payment held/hold by Paypal )
 I got my own V1SA CARD ( but below the needed balance to verify Paypal )

So seems like you got my problem already?
I got some balance in Paypal, im willing to spend a little ( hehe ) if someone can help me.

I dont get it you have negative balance you have some money on balance to spend it -.-
