Cheap SEO Tools? (Ahrefs, SEMRush, etc)

I've been wanting to use a backlink analyzing software because Google Webmasters is not doing the best job at this. However my funds are low.

Should I go for a group-buy solution? Are they safe and stable?

Are there any other cheaper, lesser known software?
