Can you tell me any other Cheap ppv company besides popads i checked few but they are not even close cheap to popads where i i get like $1,2 cpm for usa traffic. popcash wants $10 CPM for usa traffic which is not acceptable for the project am working on
I know some of you will start with statements like better invest in quality traffic and such so i want to say on the beginning, i know all that about quality etc.. but for this i need cheap prices
