If you need mobile traffic with low cpc.. try buzzcity, airpush og inmobi. They are all cheaper than admob, and always approve ads in less than 24 hours. Specially airpush are fast. They have 0.01 clicks at non english countries. Translate, use geotargeted ads, and there you go.
 
Does anyone have any new networks to add?
I would love a good list of places where the minimum is 0.01

There is this site, adknowledge. Tried them once for adsense, got some clicks mostly from spain. lol
 
Has anybody used 7search? I`d like to read some feedback about it. I`m gonna work with it as an advertiser in a nearest future..
 
I never used any of these networks. But I am thinking to give a try to searchfeed
