Hostgator is too pricy for me. What I'm looking is for these three things.

1. Payment should be MONTHLY.
2. The fee should not be more than $ 3 USD.
3. The host should take things serious, no "cheap we don't care" host.

Can anyone provide such?

Great offer, but I was looking to pay "month by month", your shared hosting is a 12-month-price. But still, great offer.
 
Have a look at greenhosting247.co.uk as i have been using them for some time now and they are ok.

Just had an e-mail form my host letting me know they have a special deal on their business plan at just $14.99 per year with unlimited bandwidth and disk space.

People don't get my question: I want to pay monthly WITHOUT contract. I want to pay month-by-month. Any suggestions?
 
I doubt you will get decent hosting for $3 a month. However for $8 you can get hosting from hostgator and have an unlimited number of domains on there. That's just selling 2 fiverr gigs a month. Hell I will pay you $8 a month on paypal if you can write 2 decent 400-500 articles for me.

Any suggestions for high quality hosting then? But still with monthly payment please. Not 12-month, 6-month or 3-month payments.
