cheap hosting !! no dmca problem?

hi guys...plz suggest any cheap hosting (shared only) and domain registrar that doesnt care about dmca and stuff :)

using serveria since 2014 without any problem...
Their support is bit lazy (take 48 hours) but still recommended...
