I am from a country where Paypal yet to starts its operation. Payza is here. We can open Skrill account from here . Do you know any cheap hosting company with $2/m packages that accept Payza or SKrill Payment? Thanks in advance for your help.

web4africa.net accepts Payza. Despite the name, servers are not in Africa, as far as I know.

Don't use xtraorbit because they are really unprofessional. I've hosted my website which had only three pages and about 20 articles and after one month I got this message from xtraorbit. When I asked for an explanation I didn't get a response. I guess that's what you get when you pay with Payza.
Your account has been suspended for violating our terms of services.

Reason(s) :

- Suspected to be a part of "Stealrat" botnet.
- 212 spam message has been sent within the last 24 hours.

I'm afraid, we'll not be able to re-activate your account and shortly
we'll send you a link to download a full cPanel backup of your entire
account (including sub-domains, databases, email accounts ..etc).
