Cheap freelance website with no fees

i want to get my payoneer account receive 30$ from a company so i can get my card
ihave to get paid from a website 30$ at least so i want to create a service and buy from myself
fiverr take too much fees so it's not good option
any alternative?

can't you just bring a website up and add a paypal checkout to it?

Maybe you can try seoclerks as they have option to withdraw to Payoneer.
They will charge you 5-10% just share you gigs affiliate link with the buyer and don't worry sharing own affiliate links on own gigs is allowed there.
