Does Paypal in the US still allow you to create virtual mastercards? I remember using one awhile back through a friend. I wanted to order but they wouldn't accept a Canadian CC or billing address, but would ship here as a gift - so I paypal'd my friend in NY like $50 and he put $45 on a virtual mastercard. It took like 10 seconds and any unused funds just get dumped back into the account.

Otherwise you could try Visa/AMEX/Mastercard gift cards. You could buy 20 of them with $10 on each as gifts, they work the same as a regular credit card - but you might have to register them each online with a name/address.
 
Once I find a good campaign idea, I usually purchase a domain name with the sole purpose of driving FB CPC traffic to and 100% of the time it comes with a FREE facebook adverts voucher.

i create a new FB account hook up the voucher the market the shit out of it untill i move on to the next.

I cannot link my paypal account to the facebook account via a VCC. It did get verified but it just wont link.
Please tell me how to run FB PPC with VCCs. I have bought VCCs and they all got wasted. Even vouchers.
Help anyone?

6) Wait until ban for non-payment
7) Start again

Well, its working for me anyways. But I have full plans to pay my balance as its for a legitimate business.

i am a big fan of prepaid cards. aside from provelactics and other otc's, rite aid is your friend when it comes to throw-away identities.
