Cheap Domains - Where?

Hello!
I need to buy some com domains but every site I check the com's regs cost 8$$ + .
Godaddy allowed to buy 2 domains 2,5 usd for each but now I am not able to buy more.
Even if the coupon code seems to work, when I log in my acc. the price come back to original 10usd.

Do you know any cheap source ?

Go for namecheap, domain name+ whois protection for 0.98:

Unfortunatelly the coupon code has expired.
Any other suggestions?
