Is it possible to get as cheap domains as $0.99 for non US,UK,or CA residents ?

there are coupons on register.com for new customers for 0.99 per domain, upto three domain.

But the renewal cost is $36 per domain.

If you want, just use $1.99 or $2.99 coupon of godaddy. It works worldwide.

I'd say that if you're just looking to burn through them, and not care about Privacy Protect (or just use fake information), then GoDaddy is most likely your cheapest bet.

Also keep an eye on NameCheap promotions (like $0.98 .me now), as then they rock with first year free Privacy Protect.

Its better to not buy domains from companies you dont know.
I have lost many domains trying to save some money.
Godaddy has very good discounts for non US clients.
