Cheap domains and email SMTP/IMAP

I'm using instantly as an email outreach tool and it's doing a good job. I need more domains for outreach.

Can anyone suggest a domain registrar that bundles in SMTP/IMAP for v cheap?

Asking so that I can import all the settings into Instantly and therefore get more warmed up domains

(I used to use Google but at USD 7 a username the costs quickly add up)

No domain registrar bundles with SMTP or IMAP. You have to pursue either email hosting with them or install your own sender by linking those domains to the sending server.

You need to give more details about what kind of accounts are those that you buy for 7$, cause a general Gmail account, which has SMTP enabled, will cost you 50 to 80 cents based on quality.
