When I first started out, I use Vistor Boost. Really cheap and crappy traffic. So crappy that someone told me, it's computer generated traffic. I ended up using it to boost my stats for one of my hubs.

neonix has really crappy cheap traffic from a ptc site I think its like 15 dollars for 30k hits or somthing so check his posts out

Crap...there were a lot more but I can't think of them. Not even a hundred percent sure if these are right but maybe it can point you in the right direction.

We used manual surf to boost traffic a hundred years ago and it worked just fine for our purpose, (inflate traffic numbers to increase advertising revenue).

Yea, I used it for one of my sites when I first put it up..Wasn't getting any kind of sales from the traffic. I signed up for targeted traffic. After investigating into the traffic, someone told me about the low quailty from the site. Said it wasn't real traffic, so I just ended using it on one of my hubs to boost the revenue value of my ads on the page.
