Cheap craigslist Philippeano writers - other suggested countries?

Wow. I just took a peek at the craigslist posting for writing/editing jobs:

I've only heard good things about hiring writers from this area of the world to bang out articles and what not. I see people posting for ready to be spun articles with brackets and pipes already inserted. Cool.

Anyone suggest what other countries on craigslist I should check out for article/content writers? What is your experience with doing this?

I don't think you'll find anyone who is as good..
- everyone in the philippines are good at speaking and writing english
- every there has higher education
- they're loyal and hardworking

I've outsourced to a lot of countries, but no one comes close to the philippines in my book.

Philippines are the best in outsourcing... I live here and worked with a few of my buddies, we write articles daily... not spunned nor any software was used...

how much are they offering their services in craiglist??
