Cheap Call Centre Solution For Inbound Calls AnyOne?

    I'm looking for some sort of a cheap small call center solution, mainly for inbound calls.

    Some features I need are like:
    - few different numbers in different countries
    - logging of inbound calls
    - call waiting
    - sort of a computer voice

    Do you guys (and galz) got any idea how to do this cheaply?

    So far I've been using OpenVBX/Twilio and it is working fine for me. You can record the welcoming message (or use the text-2-speech option), set the option 1 for sells, 2 for tech, ... forward to available agent, etc...

    You might need to get a little bit programming done to the platform since it's not perfect, but works fine and it's open source.
    I pay between $0.01 - $0.05 per min. depending if it's incoming or outgoing and the destination to call.

    Someone me that safesoftsolutions(dot)com is good but I have not tried they platform yet.

    I've looked at whole bunch of them to switch from current that's not good, and going to either telax, 3c logic or incontact
