GoDaddy is okay but there are cheaper choices out there. Google $1 hosting and you will see some good options.
Are the concerned IPs shared or its exclusive to only one site. For my PBN's, I use nonameinternet, for a few reasons.
1. They charge $2.00 per month per domain
2. You can select different A class IP's which is safer the C class.
3. They don't own the servers, they simply offer an interface between other hosting companies that allows you to manage all your domains in one single place. Thats one username, password and payment per month for up to 200 domains.
Happy days!
