Suprising that SC is picking up in this tough economy. I kind of feel bad for the whales that spend money on these sites. I have always wondered is it rich people for whom a few hundred/thousand is nothing, or it is lonely & poor people who are spending money they don't have/can't afford to lose?

You shouldn't limit yourself to Chaturbate and Stripchat
I've spend a substantial time in the live cam industry, know the numbers and ins and outs of running an actual cam program
So I may have some idea about the various programs, what do they offer to affiliates, which API or white-label options may be better to use than others etc.
There was also a number of black label options available, but this is reduced now (as it takes a lot of effort and the returns must be major to justify the tech setup and processing)
Definitely go for rev-share and look for a suitable way to get new and retain repeated customers (through your property or a page where you run a cam section).
If you manage to catch a whale these guys may spend $ XXXX or more per month, that's what you're looking for.
Always look for which cam sites evolve and improve their UI and features with regards to the customer
What promotions do they run for customers etc.
