Chaturbate support. Can we ever get a response?

    Chaturbate Affiliate support. Can we ever get a response?

    I tried send them email, which is the only way to contact them on the website, all I can is a automated response saying


    "

    Customer Support"

    That's it. Done. No more. WTF???!!!

    btw....this forum I know its been a long time, but imo, it's so confusing to navigate around

    haha, I got a response from them after 2 days saying the below:
    Thanks for contacting support.

    We have forwarded your email to the corresponding department. They will get back to you shortly.

    Please check your spam folder if you don't hear back from them within 48 hours.

    Then after 1 more day, the concern department answered my query. I think they kinda don't care much about Affiliates and it might be because they rank on top on Google search for relevant keywords like "live cam show".

    Well, I absolutely not expecting to be top notch immediate response at all. In fact, I expected to be delays.

    However, this is what I am getting. That's it.

    At least your email got through, mine never did. It is basically no support at all.

    I am very concerned how can we even sort out any payments or anything down the line if now is already like this.

    Payments are like clock work, you don't really have to worry about that, unless you want to change your payment method, which requires personal assistance. Honestly i have no clue how responsive their support is, i have never contacted them, but if you're worried about the payments, you shouldn't be. They pay twice per month, if you reach $50 in the respected billing periods.
