Offhand I would say that there is an increase of average spending. People are at home and get bored. I believe that CB and these cam sites also saw an increase of girls broadcasting. They're at home too and might have found a way to get some income.
On the other hand, one could say that people now are more careful about what they spend money for, and so they would cut this kind of expenses. I am not sure, because this kind of people wouldn't spend money on a cam site in the first place.

Yes i've read quite a lot that among the start of the pandemic there was a spike in earnings for most affiliates but I can imagine people becoming a bit more cautious because of uncertainty about the future as this pandemic lingers on

What kind of decline though? Are there less spenders? Same amount of spenders, but they spend less? Or some of the big spenders disappeared, which affects the overall revenue majorly?
I personally see a decline, but that's just because my biggest whale disappeared. Otherwise there are more spenders than before.
