Chaturbate - is there any dangerous (DMCA)?!

Hi guys,
My question is about the DMCA and how dangerous is to record a video of a webcam model and play it at chaturbate .... ?!?! if i get my account only blocked i do not care it s okay but not that the police come to me one morning ...
i m using hidemyass to hide my ip but that doesn t help a lot if DMCA get contact to hidemyass they will tell them everything what they need also the chaturbate use adobe flash player so they get in my computer easily ....
so
1st is it so dangarous how they say or i get my account only blocked ?
2st if it so dangerous how can i play videos at chaturbate without to care about DMCA?
ps. Pls only people with expirience give me the advices the theorie is not so important, the praxis is important to me

i stream the videos with webcammax to chaturbate and make some money from people who tipped some money ... i m from Europa

Dont watermark the videos. Many people will report you and your videos would been deleted by those platforms.

the users doing chaturbate obviously need money. so i doubt they hire a lawyer to go after a copyright conflict.
but this just my opinion and i would not do that.

contact them and pay them some money....
