Chaturbate BTC Payment

I've been an affiliate with Chaturbate since 2013, all good organic traffic. Lately I've noticed a big drop in signups and sales and didn't get any sales from members that signed up in 2022, 2021, 2020, it's like they completely vanished. I find it hard to believe they don't purchase tokens anymore.

What is worse, sometimes I don't receive my payment. It happened a few times recently, never had any issues before for so many years, payment was always sent after the end of the pay period.

With my last payment I received the notification that was sent by BTC, amount of 0.0129347713 . I waited almost 24 hours and checked the blockchain explorer many times (no transaction) before I contacted support@ and informed them i didn't receive this payment. They replied to me that they verified and the payment was successfully sent for the amount of $273.64 by BTC a day earlier (around $10.00 less than my total payout, the 0.0004 BTC network fee).
Messaged them again that I didn't receive it and provided them with more information to check this payment.
Finally a few hours later I received a transfer of 0.01205472 BTC, less than the "successfully verified payment". In total I received around $30.00 less than total amount for the period..
I asked them to explain the difference but their last communication informed me that my BTC address matches the one I have in my Chaturbate account payment info.

Why lie about it.

We can't verify what you are saying so we cannot do much about it. I have been with them since the very beginning of Chaturbate and never had a single problem.

I received payments from them for more than 8 years, every two weeks to different payout methods Payoneer, Paxum, Cosmo, BTC, never had any problems until this year. As for BTC payments, the amount i received always matched the amount in the notification email until this payment.

i had some big sucess with chaturbate in the past (2015-2018) by use porn reupload method, now i almost stopped to promote but still earning few $$$ in my account from old spenders
my payment method is bitcoin and i never had problem

You can send your BTC to Binance or Crypto.com, sell and transfer to your bank account. Or use their debit cards.

Ohhh i can send directly from cb to binance? I never thought of that, would that also be okay for automatic payments?

Yes you can send directly to Binance, make sure you provide the legacy address (starting with 1 ). I don't understand what you mean by automatic payments, CB sends you the bitcoin when you reach the min $200., you only setup your payment info once.

Hi, I also read from another affiliate in a Chaturbate dedicated thread, that he's receiving his Cb bitcoins payments in his Blockchain legacy wallet address, and I already created an account there, and could see how it's easy to get there a legacy address started with 1, since the default is with 3, but there are others mains aspects that I don´t like in both Blockchain and Binance accounts, so I opted already to operate with Crypto.com, but today asking to a support attendant, he's assuring me that they don´t provide BTC addresses starting with 1, but only starting with 3 or 0, so I assume that's in the SegWit format, right ?
So, can you explain me how do you receive your Cb Bitcoins payments in your Crypto.com BTC wallet , and what I must do in my Crypto.com account to get a proper BTC wallet address there, in order to can receive my Cb bitcoins payments ?

You can use BTC addresses starting with 1 or 3 for Chaturbate.
For Crypto.com just go to your BTC wallet > Transfer > Deposit. There you find your address.

That's why my doubts about it, so that rule was just for Binance, and for Crypto.com we can give to Cb a BTC address starting with 3 in order to receive the bitcoin payment, is that right ?

Binance is using P2PKH format starting with 1
Crypto.com is using P2SH starting with 3
They both work with Chaturbate.

Chaturbate won't let you use the Segwit starting with bc1 anyway, you get an error that the address is too long or something like that.

Ok, thanks, i'm more relieved now that I know that I can use my Crypto.com BTC wallet to receive payments from Cb.
Just another question. Do you know if It's also possible to receive bitcoins payments from Cb, directly into a BTC Ledger cold wallet, or I must receive the bitcoins firstly into the Crypto.com BTC ewallet, and then only from there, I can transfer the bitcoins to the Ledger wallet ?

Yes, you can receive directly to Ledger or any other wallet, no need to use an exchange.

Oh, this is even better. So, it means that I also can provide to Cb a Ledge BTC cold wallet using a P2SH address starting with 3, and I will receive my Cb bitcoins payments directly there ?
I was asking this because a supposedly Cb affiliate, assured me in another forum that he already tried to be payed by Cb directly into a Ledger cold wallet, that failed because according to him said, this was not supported by CB, cause Ledger uses a native segWit network that has a different Bitcoin address length compared to older Bitcoin networks like Legacy.

Chaturbate can send you the payments directly to Ledger or any other wallet with a legacy address. He probably used the default Bitcoin address in Ledger which is Native Segwit. Just create a new Bitcoin account in Ledger, P2PKH or P2SH.
Agree, better to transfer to Ledger, there is no need to use an exchange anymore.
The previous guy asked how to cash out, but now Ledger has a debit card.
