Any tips on how to get free registrations?

I have 88 unique hits since since I started but no registration.

What landing page (on chaturbate) converts best?

What can I do to improve my results?

How can I make my followers click on the link in the bio?

1. Find targeted traffic sources - people interested in adult webcams, cam girls, etc.
2. Homepage (but it is hard to find traffic which do not have cookie already).
3. You can judge your results after you will get 10k of traffic.

I made a new social media account 3 days ago when I started. I have gained 102 followers. However, I dont know how to make them to visit chaturbate.

Does including the link in every post work? What trick should I use to make them click the link on my bio?

I am not using social networks so can't say anything.

You would need your unique hits to be targeted. Also, getting 88 targeted unique hits is not enough to draw a conclusion about how good or bad your conversion is...send more targeted traffic before you conclude.

In your opinion, how many unique hits do I need to conclude whether my strategy is working or not?
