Chaturbate Affiliate Program unresponsive

I started using Chaturbate aff program a few weeks ago. Few days later, traffic spiked however since that day it completely stopped working. It says I'm not getting any visitors while I know for a fact that I am.

I contacted their support via email but they simply don't respond. What should I do? Anyone else having these issues?

redirect that traffic from them to somewhere else and keep making money.
