Hey guys, can you please recommend me chatting applications for both android and ios software which are highly encrypted?

It would be great if there are applications with options such as Viber secret chats who delete messages after a minute or so, also untraceable by police or any other law organisations

I need to invite some of my friends there so we can have some secret communications that can not bw found by anyone else
