It's about as tricky as learning how to build a website, follow people on socials, and take an interest in them. They will follow and visit once you do the work first.
 
I tried that with Adsense but it penalized my site. I guess this works with CPA offers.
 
Just curious how you are specifically driving traffic , Like posting tons of "How to Links?" that's it
