The Times threatening to take legal action to protect the unauthorized use of its stories, which were being used to generate ChatGPT answers in response to user questions.

Of course it's not fair what Microsoft is doing on bing. It's scraping and displaying results without big link at the bottom of the answer, potentially causing drop in traffic.
