Chatbox issue

Seems the issue is only on the home page. When inside threads/forum listings, the chatbox link works just fine. On the home page it links to domain/chatbox.php, but deeper in the forum it's domain/blackhat-seo/chatbox.php

I mean, the link does not work when clicked while you're at the home page, but works on inner pages.
