    Hi All,

Hope you guys are doing great!

Guys, I have a question about chat tracking.

Suppose I have live chat option on my website and I want to track how many visitors used the live chat option to chat with our agents. Is it possible?

How can I track this thing in Google Analytics?

    Thanks in advance.

    Warm Regards,
    Vik

Depends on the chat client. Google it for your answer.

It's appears you didn't get a genuine solution to your question, did you get it solved elsewhere? If you are still looking on how to integrate chat and GA, we wrote a guide on how to do it, (search Click4Assistance How to Add Live Chat to my website? Integrate Google Analytics) you may be able to relate it to the software you are using or are welcome to try out our solution.
