I understand that BHW is tightly regulated. As it should be. I understand compartmentalization.

However many of us members report ai bots (hereinafter “clankers”).

I believe that the reporters, humans, that care about the forum, should have a way to communicate with each other about suspected clankers. That way we are more efficient.

So then?

Now that I look at xenforo documentation there’s no easy way to integrate rocketchat and MongoDB. That wasn’t my experience with IPB forum.

Im sure it can be done with segmentation but I can’t find a simple way.

Apologies such a thing might not be possible while still maintaining administrative powers/control

We have group DMs is that what you mean? I've been in a couple of them before and they're being used pretty effectively in the FRC for MP approvals today.

Like I say, a group DM should suffice just fine.
 
There's been no additional input here for a few days, so we'll close this one now. While a group DM is great to communicate with like-minded members, there's always the option of becoming a volunteer mod and supporting the entire community; more information available here. Ultimately, those discussions need to go somewhere, and linking back to the team either by hitting Report or contacting Support maintains that central source of truth.
