Do you really need to check plagiarism? I never had much issues with duplicate content. IMO you only need to make it a bit different from the original.

Manual touching is good, no issue with AI content, but google always watches AI content

But Chatgpt is save your time and effort, it's useful but does not impact in my opinion.

Once you do proof reading it is okay.
Also do check plagiarism, if its low % or nil - you are safe!

I agree with what many of them have said. Do manual editing and check the plagiarism as well.
