Chat app?

Hey all,

A few years ago I was an active user of a chat app called Meow. Users could make a profile, upload photo’s, add friends and chat with each other. The cool thing was that users were able to find each other by filtering by country. All you had to do was put a mark on the map. Unfortunately the developers sold it to a cam girl company. The app is useless now.

I have done some searches on if people still remember the app. But I’m not sure.. Would it be worth it to make a new app myself with a similar concept? Or is it impossible to still find users for chat apps/social apps?

Difficult when you're starting out promoting your app, offer something like small recharge/something people love

If you don't have money to market this don't do it. Also there are huge competitors like facebook, whatsapp, kik.
