Charting a song

Hello, I am in need of help charting a song on a major music download website that is (apparently) good at detecting such acts. Maybe they are, maybe they are full of it. Therefore, I need someone who really knows how to do it on this specific site. Not someone who thinks they can or did it 5 years ago. I need someone who knows how to do it on the specific site in question and can get it done. Please PM me.
