Charter Internet down all over the place

Pretty sure Charter is only in the US, but in most states. Their facebook page is getting blown up with bad comments and people threatening to cancel lol.

I was able to fix mine by changing DNS servers to Google's (8.8.4.4 and 8.8.8.8). Anyone else on BHW have charter?
