On march 26th last month I got the biggest shock, my chartboost account got suspended before one day of the payment, I earned more than 1900$ or 2000$, and this was my first big payment ever to my paypal, I was need that money so much to start my business and pay my bills and and ... or at least investment compensation but it seems like poor stick with me, there is no words can explain disappointment only who has similar experiences can feel
I contacted them so many times, almost every two days but no reply, I didn't excpected that from a big mobile network like chartboost
Note : I worked with so many networks admob, appnext, vungle, appflood, revmob and I get paid, not so much but they paid
My advice to you is to monetize at least three networks or four for your apps, becz they have no respect to publishers whatever their apps big, Treat us like we're animals at their mercy
