Yes it is a crime, as if you have images of anyone under 18 which are nude then thats child pornography in this country.

The rules are clear and simple, he broke them.

Your country has its rules, the UK has ours. While I respect your opinion I don't think its acceptable for an adult to be flirting with a child.

While its only 3 years the emotional gap between a 15 year old and an 18 year old is huge. A 15 year old is stupid and naive, a 18 year old knows exactly what they are doing.

When I saw God of SEO in that Facebook screenshot I thought that was the same guy who use to run SEOs Unite (I think that was the forum's name). But then I remembered it was God Over You. Is that forum even still around?

Ehm, looks like you're going to be pissed about UK laws - seems like 16 is the legal age, not 18. Such immorality, time to be packing for migration to a safer place :p

England and Wales


The age of consent in England and Wales is 16 regardless of sexual orientation or gender, as specified by the Sexual Offences Act 2003. However, if person A is over the age of 18 and is in a position of trust to person B who is under the age of 18, it is illegal for A to engage in sexual activity with B.

Age of consent and the age where you can send nudes are not the same.

I can bang a 16 year old, legal (but not cool).

I cannot have nudes of a 17 year old on my phone, not legal.

Ah, never knew he was dhselleruk. I guess morality is not always the same as legality so we shouldnt judge the guy if we don't know the full story - he could have been 18 and 1 month and the girl 15 and 11 months but the law is the law I guess.

Of course it does, like other UK laws. You can bang them, you are just not allowed to look at them whilst you are doing it.

It is a bit like porn and prostitution. Prostitution is illegal but if you video it and call it porn, perfectly fine then.

His charges was that he was found with indecent images of children. Children being the operative word, meaning more than one child. He was also found with extreme porn in his collection.

The Charlie fan boys seem to have invented the story about his ex girlfriend.

How could you not know he was not DHSellerUK? That is where his fame comes from. Sure he would not be known in the slightest if it was not for his BHW account.

I for one am pleased for him, destroying a young mans life for ddosing a website for 1 hour sounds overly harsh to me. I know he is a bit of a toss-pot but the levels of vitriol directed against him on this site are simply ridiculous.

I apologize if I tried to revive this old thread, but I am so full of curiousity here...

On the newer thread, I mentioned there that I was a member of two groups where the heads are Charles Floate, James Gregory, Matt Diggitty. It was a long and messy situation. The reason why I was out there was like one person is bashing my service there (which I have JV with), then later investigate further that they are selling hacked backlinks, all 6k+ of them. When confronted, they "decided" to kick me out of their groups. They have a blackhat.community site.

So anyway, my real question is... is this Charlton Floate the same as Charles Floate who owns the domain charlesfloate [dot] co [dot] uk?

I got another hacker named Vadym Zyabkin, his lackeys are James Gregory, Sathish (I don't know his last name), and Claudio (John) Pim who owns serpship [dot] com (formerly ranknest [dot] com). I've got plenty of screenshots as evidences. I disputed Paypal and they sided on them. Do these people rings a bell to you? Or maybe he is in here as well?

Why are these scumbags still around, doing seo conference in chiangmai? James Gregory and Charles Floate have been producing videos about their peptalk (SEO-related) and it doesn't seem to look like they're in prison.

@llcoolj89, instead of using the URL of members their profile. You can write the @ symbol and write the member his name behind that. Then you will mention the member his name on the right way. He will automatically receive a notification, since you mentioned his username on the right way. Just a tip!
