Yeah he got slapped in a big way. He wrote in his post that -
- Deleted my other blogger accounts
- Suspended my new AdWords
- Canceled my Google Apps subscription and deleted all the information in there

While I have no sympathy for the kid, I wonder what drove Google to apply a account-wide ban. This wasn't just about SEO, this was the whole package of penalties.

The pedo comments on this thread made me curiosu about what happened, so I spend 20 minutes googling Charles floate and his charges. I found the old bhw thread.
If it's 2016 and he's not in jail, I doubt he ever was in jail... which means he probably wasn't charged. But if he did have images it's probably because:
1. Charles was 18 when he was charged, which means he was 17 / 16 or less when he probably took nude photos of his ex-gfs when he was dating them.... and then you know, kept them.
He basically got his name sullied all over the internet for no reason

OK Charlie fan boy, maybe you want to talk the pervert out of incest images and recording men wanking to try and extort money out of them. Oh and the images were not nudes of his ex girlfriend, that is just the excuse his nonce sympathiser friends use to justify being friends with a nonce.
His court case is all there in black and white for anyone to read. Don't take my word for it, go and read it.
He was in jail, he was remanded in jail. You have to be charged for it to be took to court.
